OR Retired. Govt. employee with requisite educational qualification drawing pay in PB ₹15600-39100 + GP ₹6600 at the time of retirement and having adequate working experience in the required field. |

OR 2nd class Master in Life science/ Public Health/ Biostatics/ Economics/ Health Economics/ Demography/ Biostatics/ Medical Science plus Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized university with 4 years experience. |
