Qualification
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. (Degree obtained through distance education shall not be entertained)
Other Qualifications
(a) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
(b) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages, viz. Nepali, Sikkimese, Bhutia, Lepcha or Limbo.
(c) Should have valid local Employment Card.
Experience
Should have attained the age of 21 years & should not have exceeded 40 years as on 28/02/2018 in terms ofNotification No: M(3)/(55)/GEN/DOP/Pt-III DT: 03/07/2017.
