iv) Caste certificate if applied under SC/ST/OBC category issued by the Competent Authority.
v) Medical Certificate in case of PWD (Person with Disability) issued by the Competent Authority.
vi) “No Objection Certificate” if in employment.
vii) Experience Certificate for Five years, if any.
