- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://hvpn.gov.in/wps/wcm/connect/hvpn/home.
- Go to "Current Openings" & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on "Apply Online".
- Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
The Nigam/ Corporation candidates of HPUs are required to apply online and shall forward a copy of the print out of their online application form to respective cadre controlling authority of his/ her Utility through proper channel on or before 01-08-2018.
Documents To Be Uploaded During The Submission Of Online Application Form:
(a) Proof of Date of Birth - Matriculation Certificate/ Birth Certificate.
(b) Proof of Essential Qualification along with marks sheet of all years/ semesters.
(c) Proof of norms adopted by the University/ Institute to convert CGPA/ OGPA/ DGPA into a percentage.
(d) GATE-2018 Admit Card .
(e) GATE-2018 Score Card issued by IIT, Guwahati.
(f) SC/ BC/ PWD Category Certificate, if applicable.
(g) Domicile Certificate of Haryana, if claiming relaxation benefits under SC/ BC/ PWD/ ESM/ESP category.
(h) Disability Certificate in case of Person with Disabilities (PWD) candidate.
(i) Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-serviceman (ESM) candidate.
J) Latest eligibility certificate issued by Secretary, Zila Sainik Board, Haryana in case of Dependent of ESM candidate.
(k) Sports Gradation certificate in case of Eligible Sports Person (ESP).
