  1. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least with at least 55% marks.
    OR
    An equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
  2. The candidate must have cleared NET/ SLET/ SET conducted by the UGC, CSIR/ AIU.

  2. Candidates log on to http://jkpsc.nic.in/.
  3. Go to "Registration" & Registered yourself.
  4. Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.
  5. Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
  6. After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
  7. Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.

After applying online applicants need to send the hard copy/print out of online application form along with Mentioned Below to Office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/Solina, Srinagar. The application with all relevant documents should reach on or before 29 May 2008.
