Training, Emoluments & Placement:
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 2 years in the company in which they are placed, and will be paid a consolidated stipend of ₹15,500 per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of ₹15500-3%-34500 (W7 grade, Jr. Foreman / Jr. Controller / Jr. Work Assistant) in their respective company. They shall be regularized only on the rolls of their respective organization after successful completion of their training. Selected candidates shall be governed by the rules, regulations and policies of the company in which they are placed viz: BRBCL/ KBUNL / NPGCL.
