- Qualification: 1. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks

Assistant Professor Group-I (Library Sciences)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks
  2. NET qualified
Assistant Professor Group-I (Physical Education)
- Qualification: 1. Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks
  2. Record of having represented the university / college at the interuniversity /intercollegiate competitions or the State and/ or national championships
