| Senior Research Fellowship | First class M.E/ M.Tech./ M.Sc. or equivalent. 1. Engineering/ Science students who have completed their M.E./ M.Tech./ M.S. or B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. or equivalent during the past three years (not earlier than 2016) and possessing subsequent continuous research experience from the date of qualifying. 2. Engineering/ Science students who are presently in their final year/ semester and expected to complete their degrees by July 2018. 3. NET/ GATE qualified candidates shall have an added advantage. | ₹36,700 per month |
| Junior Research Fellowship | With NET/ GATE qualification. ₹32,800 per month Without NET/ GATE qualification. ₹30,000 Per month |
